Diet has been going good. For the first week I was extremely full in the mornings and all day and it was very hard to eat. Now I am still full in the morning but starting to get cravings at night. Changing my diet a bit and being more stricter starting today. I am loosing at a good pace. 1-2 lbs a week. My size is still there but I am excited to get shredded. I think with more sleep (8-9 hrs) a night i will starting leaning out a bit more. 8 weeks left at 174.4 this morning. I hope to be 165 at weigh ins and big and shredded for the show. Time to win this thing.
