Training has been going great. I feel strong, but my strength may be going down. I am still doing my PFT program and the next 3 weeks I will be going heavier and lower reps to get some mass or strength while dieting. The 3 weeks after that i will begin to increase rep range and use even better form and more isolation movements. The last 3 weeks i will go very light, using only machines and iso's to create seperations before the show. So far a lot of energy and doing great. Still looking for a good training partner and may switch my lifting schedule from 11 am to 5-7 ish at night to get more sleep and lift after work.
