I went to my weight watchers meeting today and I’m down 3 more pounds and finally got that 10lb ribbon! (yeah) I feel that my diet is improving and I’m making better food choices. I need to seriously step up my training, though. The only time I can work out is before work, which means I have to wake up at 5am. (not a morning person!) I was thinking about using no xplode to help me get energized before my workout. Any opinions?

For the longest time, I’ve used every excuse in the book on why I eat bad and I why I don’t work out. Yes, my pants were snug and I was at my heaviest weight, but I was in denial. When would I ever have time to work out? I have a full time demanding job and two small children. Besides that I love food. I married a chef, if that tells you anything.

One day, I noticed my best friend, who has been on Weight Watchers for six months and lost 20 lbs, was looking fabulous. She started working out regulary and eating better. I then decided if she could do it, then so could I. I joined WW and lost a few pounds. I woke up one morning at 5am and decided that I am going to the gym. I started going to the gym before work a couple times of week. My family and friends starting complimenting me, and that just got me even more motivated.

So here I am today. I now go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I’m still trying to figure out a routine. I am trying to eat better, but it’s soo difficult! I know, though, that I won’t reach my goals unless I try harder and stay focused.

We’ll see how it goes!
