3lbs lighter!!
I went to my weight watchers meeting today and I’m down 3 more pounds and finally got that 10lb ribbon! (yeah) I feel that my diet is improving and I’m making better food choices. I need to seriously step up my training, though. The only time I can work out is before work, which means I have to wake up at 5am. (not a morning person!) I was thinking about using no xplode to help me get energized before my workout. Any opinions?

I wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss! I know how hard it can be to reach to a goal, but you did it! You should be very proud and happy with your accomplishments!

I love No-Xplode and I’d definitely recommend it! I did this program where I trained before and after work, and I wouldn’t have made it through with-out No-Xplode. My favorite supp at the moment.
Check out John Berardi for useful diet & fat-loss stuff (www.johnberardi.com or www.precisionnutrition.com). His stuff is pretty much as good as it gets, and in his articles he has some excellent sample meal plans and stuff…
Congrats on the ribbon!

Congrats on the weight loss, you are looking great. I am at the 145 mark so I can’t wait to get where you are at. Keep up the great work. I have heard alot about the no-xplode but never tried it, let me know how it goes if you buy it. JENN.

The only potential problem with using stimulants before workouts is that they can lead you to work out too hard!! One of the worst bouts of sickness I have ever experienced (4 days of it) was after a workout I pre-supped with Gurana. I know it sounds goofy, but my own personal opinion is that, unless you are looking to royally thrash your muscles, rather than shaping and maintaining, stimulants are not necessary. The hardest part about working out in the morning, is just getting to the gym. If you can get there, I think you’ll find after a couple of sets, substantial energy levels will naturally occur. I personally do not use any stimulants other than Amino’s before working out, and I work out typically at 900 or 1000 PM at night, after working all day…..could be that I’m just a mutant though…

Really? Working out too hard? Errr… sure
Jenn, remember your workouts should only be between 45-60 minutes long anyway (if you require longer, split it into 2x day). After 45-60 minutes, your cortisol levels become elevated and testosterone levels drop which means you’re not getting anywhere the results you want! Even with cardio, 60 minutes is definitely achievable!
Enjoy NoXplode!
