I got big
I started to lift when I was 12 and I was really into it. After a few years I saw significant change in my body. I weighed between 210 and 220. I was well on my way, until I tore a muscle in my forearm really bad and I couldnt lift for a few months. My muscle mass went down alot. I was down to 175. After my arm healed, I was not hesitant to get back in the gym. I hit the weights twice a day. Before school and after. I gained my muscle mass back and I was very happy. I got up to 232. I got big
