So I watched this movie with josh Hartnet and Samuel Jackson last night. Its a boxing movie kinda… loosely based around boxing at least. Anyways it was awesome for what it was. Im not huge into slower drama type storys like this but it was a good watch. Really inspired me for today! lol Now I really wanna go to boxing class and do some Bob and weaving.
Feeling a lil weird today also, Woke up great but a lil queezy… Definently needed the weekend off but cant wait to punch something today… WOOHOO

So I got over what I figured would be the "HUMP"… I am now under 230 lbs. It was hard work and I know im not even close to done, I need to lose another 15 lbs till im at a point where I can even think about taking a fight. My coaches are keeping me honest and working me hard. Im sore every day lol.
On a bright note my coach says my flying knee is flawless and will be fun to see when I knock some the hell out with it! lol… Ill be taking some update pics probably tomorrow morning… I shaved my hairy chest cause I got bored. O and I think this is gonna be a good day…

So I now know Bi-sexual hot women making out and doing other naughty very explicit things to eachother makes me wanna get very drunk. So when that happened at my house two nights in a row with diferent women, well, I got drunk!
So, today I feel fat as hell. But im back on the horse and im gonna train today and eat healthy and try to lose the couple pounds im back up. Wish me luck!

So Ive been looking at this gym for a while for a few reasons…
1. They have an amazing nutrition and conditioning coach… and I mean amazing!
2. Its probably the best gym in the state for putting out Pro fighters fast.
3. Its a mile from my house lol…
4. They have a Cage and a boxing ring… And a wrestling mat. O and a full weights portion!
Well I start tonight in the MMA class, tomorrow Ill be in the boxing, muay thai and wrestling class… as long as i dont throw up first.

So this morning I weighed 235… again! this is the second day in a row. I hate days that i dont make even a lil progress. SO I went and bought a bike! WOOHOO… that should help me get a lil more cardio in. O and I really need to read up on what to eat cause this breakfast although it looks good for me, it cant be!

So the last two days i didnt work out. Last night i made a horrible mistake of having burger king. All i had was a junior whopper with cheese but it still made me feel like ass. Anyways back on the horse today, Im buying a new mountain bike cause im tired of borrowing my brothers. Wish me luck!

So I havent cheated yet. Ive been eating super healthy which i think shocked my system pretty bad lol. My body is really craving a double Texas whopper! Been drinking 140 oz. of water as suggested by an article on this site. Obviously the weight has been shedding off pretty quick. Instead of driving to the market yesterday i walked there, then later that night i realized i forgot something so i ran there! its only about a mile but it adds up when ur as fat as me!
Anyways, been weighing in the morning last couple days. Today 235.2 lbs, that is amazing because just a few days ago i saw 245.8 lbs on that scale. Ill take some more update photos tomorrow. Trying to decide on a good fun cardio for today.

Alright So i have been weighing myself all wrong… Ive decided to weigh myself every morning when i wake up. That will be my resting weight and will give me something to go by. Cause Weighing myself an hour after dinner just makes me look fat lol.. 245.8 fat!
So this morning I weighed in right before my morning shower. I weighed 236.2, yesterday morning i was 238.6… So I feel like im making leeps and bounds. we will see if i can keep up this amazing diet!

Alright day one of diet… Starting weight 245.8!!! jesus i have let myself go. It ends now. Im hoping to be 220 by halloween. Ill update at least every two days during that time!
