I started working out steady on March 10, 2009…and it almost been a month. According to the scales I have not lost anything but my body feels better in so many ways. I can do more activities without feeling so tired, and I am not having so many aches and pains. So I have about 54 to 64lbs to lose to reach my short term goal. I see this as a long journey because I have little time to work-out…since I work two jobs I have to get-up extra early to work-out and then try to get home and get as much rest as possible. So my days are usually 4:45am to 11:00pm and by the end of the week I am exhausted. But weekends are when I can get a good work-out in and rest. I’ll have progress pics soon.
