hey all,
just wanted to really put a big thanks out there, its something really cool to be able to have a network of friends that don’t even know you but are happy to give you encouragement for this kind of thing.
and all of you have achieved so much in your own right, can’t help but get inspiration from that. so just want to put this thanks out there, to all of you.

ok here it is, out there for all to see, this is what is going to change.
Training insane and going to war each time i step in that gym from now on, eating right and getting sleep, all this should see some big changes, keep posted, going to be updating everything on here.
wish me luck friends, I want to achieve what a lot of you have. And I’m not giving up without a fight, this is the only body I have, time to get proud of it and make it what it can be.
Moved to a rental properly near my gym (two blocks away) so got no reasons not to go now, gonna use bb.com for what i should have a long time ago.

well It was my Bday on the weekend, yup another year older … then ya look in that dam mirror and realise ya have come a long way … but gad dam u got a ways to go.
Another year and another new start, moving interstate soon, hope to find a good place to setup and get back into a routine.

Been able to kick my own ass back into gear over the last two days, and am feeling great from that. Just can’t afford to slip again.

well thought i had better start using this thing.
todays session wasn’t too bad, was great because it was dead cold out and no one else was at the gym because of it. Got good session in with bicep, tricep, and some back, lat and core. Toped off with a 30 min run. not too shabby.
