					<description>I don't always get discouraged, but definitely felt like it the other day. I'm gonna try to up the carbs specifically, and possibly sneak in the occasional nap. Need to stop playing video games to fit that in :)</description>

					<description>Sometimes I get discouraged looking at other people's pics - but usually I get encouraged, especially if the guy is in my age group. It helps remind me that changes can be made - and significant ones at that.  Concerning your being tired: I'm sure that HIIT is a big part of the reason. I'd suggest moving up the calories and if it's at all possible to sneak a nap into your day (though it probably isn't) I'm sure that would help. Your muscles need rest and nutrients as you know!</description>
