Gained 7 Pounds this past week somehow. Sort of sucks considering i started out trying to lose 10. I was 185 when i started, last week was 180 and now am 187.
Haven’t done any bent over rowns for a while and did some today during the end of my back workout. Definitely felt it afterward, geuss I should keep going with them from now on.
I have been using BSN supplements for a while now and have decided to change it up a bit and have ordered Supermastervol, Clorodrol, 4-AD, and Arom-X stack. Will see how it works, hopefully good. I want lean muscle and to lose water weight.
I feel pretty good about my progress in the past month. I need to start lifitng for conditioning rather than mass due to joint aches. Also after next week im going on a week break which basically will only be running and abs. No lifting.
