Put up 315 yesterday on bench. never thought i could be able to do it naturally. really a big booster for me in the gym knowing that nothing is going to stop me. For not a big guy thats a shitload of weight and im very happy at the moment from it.

Lately have been getting great workouts and are seeing awesome results from where I was a few months ago. If I can get my weight down and a 6 pack before summer it will kick ass. Lot of hard work but I think I can do it if i keep the diet right which is the hardest thing for me.

Sick today missed gym and classes. Ill have to make up for it tommorow, going for a few hours. Have to start dieting better also. Im going to have to do quite a bit of research on what will be best for me and stick to it.

Started taking new supplements after a few weeks of to get body back to normal. Too early to tell whether or not they will do a lot for me, but i have good hopes. Most of all i hope to gain lean dry weight and lose water weight. By the end of the cycle I hope to get down to at least 180 and have more definition.

Pretty tired this week, not sure if recovery time has slowed because i cut off from all supplements for a few weeks or what but this week im pretty tired. Changed the workouts a bit this week also doing things i have not done in a while. Helps out when your not doing the same routine every week.

Calculus sucks balls. I dont get it where the hell would i ever use quadratic formula or finding finding center radius of circles or piece wise functions? takes away too much time from the gym.

Still gaining. Too much water weight and need to do more cardio fat burning excercises. Hope i can drop the weight soon.

Kind of weak today, felt like i could hae worked a lot harder had my partner not bailed on me. Tommorow is a new day and will get into the gym again for another good workout. Had Wendy’s tonight, which i was craving because I havent had fast food in a few months so i spoiled myself and rewarded hard work. Hae good feelings for weigh in on friday.
