I am not happy to know that time just flies.anyways heres my workout from yesterday.
Deadlifts 3 x 15 @ 120 lbs
Squats 3×15 @ 120,130, 140 lbs
Hamstring curls: 5 x 15 @ 35 lbs
quad curls: 3 x 15 @ 35 lbs
2×20 ab crunches
bar rows: 3 x 15 @ 35 lbs
IT was my leg day, but I just felt like doing back and abs..
anyways, so I have a question for ya ll:)I do assisted squats and I do not feel my glutes or quads at all. Is it posisble that I am probably doing it wrong?
