i am soo happy to have lost 7 lbs! just eating healthy and doing a bunch of cardio
In two weeks I want to be ready for the beach with atleast a flat tummy… I am not too far

SO I have a very important exam on may 16th. I mean its like somethign that determines my future career. so I have decided that I will only cardio everyday till then, which is what I ve been doing….
When I am sore, I cannot comepletely concentrate on the studying and the practice tests, therefore this decision…..
I just need to suck it up and pass these few more days of m y life….that are going to be h ard

Back and Biceps day
Bicep curls, 15 lbs, 3 sets. 15-20 reps each
Lat pulldown, 5 sets 15 reps
Then I did a tricep pull somethign, I dont know what its called..
cable rows- 3 sets, 15 reps of each.
pull ups 3 sets 6-7 reps.
12 minutes HIIT…

cardio 50 minutes and some ab exercises, still my abs arent sore, I m quite surprised
It could be that my body has not gotten use to recovering faster, I dont know

I am not happy to know that time just flies.anyways heres my workout from yesterday.
Deadlifts 3 x 15 @ 120 lbs
Squats 3×15 @ 120,130, 140 lbs
Hamstring curls: 5 x 15 @ 35 lbs
quad curls: 3 x 15 @ 35 lbs
2×20 ab crunches
bar rows: 3 x 15 @ 35 lbs
IT was my leg day, but I just felt like doing back and abs..
anyways, so I have a question for ya ll:)I do assisted squats and I do not feel my glutes or quads at all. Is it posisble that I am probably doing it wrong?
