Update

November 13, 2009

Just a quick update to close out the year.  My goals= continue mma training, add 1 more lift day to the week and try to lean out a bit instead of gaining holiday weight!

Went to Italy in September with the wife and some friends… had a good time but man it was it expensive.  Also found out that were pregnant while on the trip so that was a nice surprise.  Currently 3 months along and hoping this time it will happen for us. 

Hope everyone has a great holiday season and stays focused in achieving ones goals.  See ya in 2010!

Welcome!

Since finishing my LG Science competition I have been real lazy about logging work outs.  I hope to never have to do a daily update ever again.  That does not mean that I’m no longer working out, in fact I look better now than I did at the end of the competition. 

For the last 3 weeks I have been going with a buddy to a Mixed Martial Arts gym and loving it.  This is taking my workouts to the next level and pushing my cardio to the max.  I have no current plans of fighting being that I’m 33 years old and just starting out, but who knows what the future holds, maybe a seniors MMA fight when I’m 50. :)   The training totally rocks!

Other than that I’m looking forward to summer and taking the boat out, have a great summer!
