After the cmaping trip
I was pretty run down, not really sure why, but no nrg for anything.
Seem to be pretty well back on track. Lowered the weights I am lifting to make it through the workout, added a few more carbs to the diet and back to tracking everything I eat. Needed a bit of a reset I think.
Noticing a LOT of body changes so not really disappointed, just feel it’s time to push to the 250# zone, which I feel I can do by eating super clean.
