After the cmaping trip

I was pretty run down, not really sure why, but no nrg for anything.

Seem to be pretty well back on track.  Lowered the weights I am lifting to make it through the workout, added a few more carbs to the diet and back to tracking everything I eat.  Needed a bit of a reset I think.

Noticing a LOT of body changes so not really disappointed, just feel it’s time to push to the 250# zone, which I feel I can do by eating super clean.

Super Stoked

Just tried controlled Labs Green magnitude and the posts on the forum are correct super extra NRG during workout.  Also added the Reduction AM/PM for fat loss, take all the help I can get!!

Really happy with results so far, I’m looking a LOT better, as per progress pics.

I know I’m a mesomorph, but think this is ridiculous, I am having a hecl of a time dropping below 270#.  Counting calories and staying way under the 3300 or so I am suppose to need.  Been hovering around 2000 or so.  Super clean calories too, fish vegetables, fat free cottage cheese, fat free yogurt, prtoein shakes etc. Getting stronger but not loosing weight.   I think the new pants I bought are looser and the belt I am wearing has moved in as well.  The fiance tells me I am looking thinner.  Even the underwear I’m wearing seems to fit better! LULZ

How do I know I’m gaining muscle, easy lifting more, WAY More.  I mean it’s pretty crazy.  I’ve been doing the routine from New Rules of Body Building for fat loss, and seriously need to bump the weight everytime I go to the gym.  Kept the weight the same this last workout just to make sure I was super clean on form and rest between sets.  I was effortless ( ok not quite, but I knew I had more in me ).  I have one more week of this and then I switch up work outs.

Going for their hypertrophy routine designed to increase muscle mass.  I would like to look like I workout, which I don’t right now.  So will see what happens after that.  Also thinking about a four day body part split routine.  Might do that after the hypertrophy routines.  I mean if I gain muscle really easilly just need to embrace that.

OK had to Buy all new Pants

Yes it has come to that time when I needed to buy all new pants as everything I woned was falling off my body,  sweet!!

Even need to return the belt i bought as it is too big!!

More importantly I am not going hungry, pretty interesting stuff really.

See if I can smash the 270 lb barrier this week!

not quite there on needing new jeans but definitely needed new workout pants, old ones are falling off my body…YEAH!!

Really been pushing the diet and dropping weight.  Using a new fat loss weight routine which is working wonders. 

Just saw another poster with an amazing weight cahnge and wondering if I can do that too.

Entering a New Zone

Well I turned my concetration to weight loss.  So now I am officially conting calories.  I have also changed my weight routine to the a men’s health fitness book, the GF and I bought.  Hers is for women and mine is for men.

Really I think my new zone is where the weight loss accelerates or stops.  Frankly this whole thing is old news so nobody is too excited about what I’m doing, I just have to quietly do it, regularly.

Well a Little Disappointed

Up 2#’s wich is petty disappointing especially right before leaving for Vegas, guess I slacked off.  I will have to start counitng my points regularly. think I will try now and in Vegas.  anyhow a lot more muscle built as I,m keeping the gym thing going so that’s all good.

Smaller Portions

Well not entirely sure what is going on but definitely feel fuller after eating much smaller portions.  The only problem is that I get ravenously hungry.  Not really sure what this means, but the scale has made slow movements down.  The weights I am using are climbing appreciably so I do not think I am off track, just wish things would move along faster.  Still over all am very pleased with results so far.  Added protein bars to keep off the hunger pangs as well so maybe this has a bit to do with it.  Also been drinking a bit of water when I’m hungry to help me tough it out a bit.

need to start really watching dinner

seems like I can cut back here and see real results.  Still going pretty strong regardless of the snow, in fact enjoying the extra work out!!  Cutting back the weight I’m lifting this morning, just not really feeling it.

I am amazed the agility stuff for my joints is working better than advertised…so I’m pretty impressed.

Also seriously impressed that my BF% went down, this is nice to finally be able to watch.

Still working out Steadily

Starting to notice the change in clothes!!!  Got the alcohol down to zero, YEAh@!

Feel good after a bunch of lifts over the weekend, so ready to lift again on Wednesday. 

Guess I will run this routine at least ’till Feb and after the Vegas show.
