It was the first exercise of the night too! It kinda put me down for about 15 minutes but I got back into the groove and pushed the negative notion out of the way =)</p>

I stick to the back one day, chest another, so on and so forth but I always seem to find myself throwing in little things that have no relevance to what I&#8217;m actually working on that day. I don&#8217;t write down what I do when I work out but I have been logging it on here lately and just go by memory. Who else does this? And if you so do you write down your workouts as your doing them?
