					<description>Okay well I'll be into my chest routine but in between sets for example i'll find myself doing pull ups or curls, something along those lines. I enjoy the change up and like to keep my body always guessing.</description>

					<description>It's called &amp;amp;#34;Flex workout&amp;amp;#34;.  Muscles have memory, so if you stay with same routine constantly, often you advance slower.   I, too, am a &amp;amp;#34;flex workout&amp;amp;#34; freak.   Nope...no notebook for me.  Not sure if that's good or bad, but I just &amp;amp;#34;go with what my gut and mind feels&amp;amp;#34; at the time.  Of course, being at the gym 6 days a week kinda allows me to &amp;amp;#34;not miss anything&amp;amp;#34;.   The trick is...if it works for you....then do it.    If it ain't broke...don't fix it. LOL.  Good luck!</description>

					<description>confused as to the question....i only go into the gym with the bodypart i'm gonna train...the exercises i decide and make up as i got along...except alot of times the first exercise will be the same each time....squat for legs for example...but other than that i just go with the flow</description>
