Random exercises thrown in? Who all does it.
Friday, December 12th, 2008So each day I go to the gym with a plan. I stick to the back one day, chest another, so on and so forth but I always seem to find myself throwing in little things that have no relevance to what I’m actually working on that day. I don’t write down what I do when I work out but I have been logging it on here lately and just go by memory. Who else does this? And if you so do you write down your workouts as your doing them?
