So, I got back from Iraq and stopped everything. Pretty disappointed in myself. Lost everything I had worked for out there. Took me this long to get back into things. Back in the gym, goals in mind, water bottle in hand. Still a lot of things for me to learn and work on but I have a lot more determination this time around. Here starts journey number two. Wonder where it will end.

Yesterday I got my foundation set, beggining pictures, weight maxes. Today I start my journey, the destination? A body that I can be happy to go home with. My tools? Hard work, dedication, motivation. 6 months until the end of my deployment, it’s going to take a lot of hard work to get where I want to get. I have complete faith that with the help from all of you I won’t have any trouble finding the motivation I need to make it happen. Thank you all in advance for the kind words and help along the way.

Tomorrow, Friday, May 09 2008, I will start my 12 week program. Today I am going to find out my weight max for everything and set my goals from there. I currently weigh 195 pounds.
