The Start
March 19, 2008I have been on a four week workout that has toned me up quite alot but i am due on monday to start a four week size gain workout, followed by a six week strength gain workout. 10 weeks overall. I am hoping to see big gains during this 10 weeks and will be using this blog to note down my daily diary. If it fails learn from my mistakes if it works then hopefully you can take something good out of it.
