I have been doing some research on bcaa’s and found 2 that i like but for different reasons. The first one is optimum nutrition in powder form, I like this because the price is right but have not heard many reviews about it. The next is Xtend, I like this because it seems to be one of every ones favorites but it is a little more expensive. Please let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks

Well it is not easy getting my own practice started out of my house. The biggest issue us that i live in a development and have to go by certain rules.  I have been going by their rules so far but everything takes so long.  Being that i am in a development i have to get a special license to run my business out of my home, it is one of those things that i have to present my business to the planning board and they say whether or not i can go ahead with my business.  The only thing is, is that the planing board only meets the second Monday of every month so I have some waiting to do, in the mean time I am starting a petition for my neighbors to sign to back me up at the planning boar meeting.  I am also in the process of doing my market analysis and am going to get that sent out asap.  Thats all for now.

Hello again everyone as you know I am starting my own private personal training studio and I was set on a name but I am second guessing myself.  The name that I chose was "pushing steel"  This name to me is perfect but others have said that it might not appeal to everyone.  Can someone help me come up with a proper name that is classy and stylish.

I am also having trouble choosing color combos.  I like Blue, White and silver.  I also like Red, Black and Yellow.  I been floating around the idea of Black, silver, white and orange also.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Well this is a chance for me to get any input from all of you professionals out there.  I am looking to start my own personal training practice.  i am renovating my home gym right now and getting ready to expand it.  I am looking to start within the next few months.  i am working on my certification right now then i will be going on to a specialization in corrective exercise.  i live in a pretty medium to high class development which has about 200 plus houses and i am hoping to get about 5% of them as clients.  I am going to name my practice "Pushing S.T.E.E.L."  the name stands means by pushing strength, technique, endurance, effort and limits you can achieve your goals.  I am working on my business plan right now.  Does anyone have a suggestion.
