Day after 2008 Team USA
Well Finally I made Team USA yesterday with a second in the Masters and Third in the Open men, it was a very tough show with over 200 competitors. I am exausted and hate the day after the show my body is just tweaked. I will rest 3 or 4 days and then its back to training and the Natural Olympia this November. I was not at my best at this show considering my younger sister passed away only 6 weeks ago at 40. but I am hoping to dial it all in a little better in the next month. Wish me Luck. I need it!

You might be personally disappointed, anything less than first feels like failure after all, but your placing is very respectable. I’m sure that the loss of your siste had an effect, of course, how sad. You have my condolences on your loss and my congratulations on your fortitude. Hang in there, the next contest will be better for you!
