Great work! Trail running is hard for people like us who are not natural runners. And you are showing great fortitude to stick with it. I used to run track in high school (1,000 years ago). It would frustrate me when the 120 lb "milers" would lap me during practice. Then I discovered I had something they didn't have. Speed. And craziness enough to be a pole vaulter. So I won a few meets in that event. Got my letter and had some fun. Now I'm back to plodding along and getting passed by the real runners. But at my age and with MS, I'm just happy to be out there moving and burning a few calories.

Awesome job!! The next time you do the trail, it will be easier, and before you know it, you will be looking for the next challenge.

Well, at least they enjoyed it!
It is so awesome to find a different challenge which makes it easy to push ourselves. Good luck and keep up the hard work.
