I missed my entry again yesterday. Trying to stay on track of things, but really, who has time this time of year? Anyway, here’s the update.
Dumbbell Bench Press – 35lbs 1x8, 1x5, 1x1
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press – 20lbs 3x8
Incline Dumbbell Fly – 20lbs 1x8, 2x6
Barbell Shoulder Press – 50lbs 1x8, 1x6, 1x5
Upright Row – 60lbs 3x6
Dumbbell Lateral Raise – 10lbs 1x10, 1x9, 1x8
Bench Press – 45lbs 1x10, 65lbs 1x5, 1x4
Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension – 25lbs 3x8
Triceps Press Down – 70lbs 1x8, 60lbs 2x8
I didn’t eat enough before I worked out yesterday. I didn’t realize until I was in the middle of lifting and it definitely affected my performance. Hard lesson, but I learned.
Switched things up for legs today. Gonna see how it goes.
Deadlift: 30lbs 10x10
Box Squats: 30lbs 10x10
Box Jumps: 10x10
Reverse Crunches: 10x10
Oblique Crunches: 5x10
I really liked the way abs were formatted today, I’m definitely going to continue with that style of reps/sets while switching up the exercises every time. Diet was pretty good today, met my protein and fat requirements. (Yay!) Can’t wait to work out tomorrow!
