Saturday, April 28th, 2007I take my 2 Multivitamins every morning when I get up.
15 mins. before my training and through my workout I drink 16 oz. of water with 4 scoops of X-Tend, and 1 scoop of Creatine mix.
As soon as I get done with my training I drink 8 oz. of my Whey, and mix in 1 scoop of Creatine and 1 scoop of Glutamine.
