Hey everyone, just thought I would update a little on where I am at, I am doing just great, keeping the weight off, went from 246lbs-206lbs in a years time I am up to 209lbs now, but I think that is muscle gain!! I still can’t get my BF% below 15%, but not giving up!!! Oh great news for me, Me and my wife joined the ne POWERHOUSE GYM, that is going to be opening up here in town in 3 weeks, so am looking foreward to this plateau that I am in to be gone really soon, cause I am getting really tired and bored with working out at home by myself!!! Should hopefully jump start my system again!!! Looking and hoping for some massive gains!!!

Hey all, I am just letting everyone know how I am doing, My daughter team took 2nd place out of 76 teams at the World Series in K.C. Oh and she also got picked as an All World Player which is a great honor on down the line (for colleges) Anyway we had a blast for 2 weeks in K.C. I worked out faithfully the first week and the second week we moved motels and there wasn’t a gym in this one, but only gained 5 lbs, and that is almost gone now!! But I’m back to working out again and feel better!! Got to walk in the worlds largest GOLD’S GYM it was pretty cool, wish I looked like some of the people working out in there!! Will post some updated pictures soon!!

Hey everyone, I am in K.C. MO. for the next 2 weeks for my daughtters 13 & under World Series, The Motel we are staying at is super, they even have a tread mill and an Eliptical machine as well as a bow flex, Don’t like the bow flex, but hey it is a workout!!! I found out that there is a Gold’s Gym down the road it will be my first time checking one out in person, can’t wait to see it, I wish I had one closer to my home so I could go there and workout!! Anyway just thought I would check in with you all and lwet you know what is goin on!!

Hey to all who read this, I just got my new Weider Cage system set up the other day, and also got 500lbs of Olympic size weights and I love using it, am looking for some routines for it if anyone has any ideas let me have them, also I am wanting to start getting bigger now and if you have any ides on that it will be appreciated too!!! Will post some pictures of my setup in a couple of days!!

I take my 2 Multivitamins every morning when I get up.
15 mins. before my training and through my workout I drink 16 oz. of water with 4 scoops of X-Tend, and 1 scoop of Creatine mix.
As soon as I get done with my training I drink 8 oz. of my Whey, and mix in 1 scoop of Creatine and 1 scoop of Glutamine.

MONDAY’S: 3:00 p.m.- Go to NITRO FITNESS and do my 30 min. core workout,Drive 5 min. to home and do another 30 min. workout with my free weights at home.
TUESDAY’S: 3:30p.m.- Drive to the local outdoor CROSS COUNTRY track and power walk and run 2 miles.
WEDNESDAY: 3:00p.m.- Go to NITRO FITNESS and do more 30 min. core workout and then go home and do another 30 min. with free weights.
THURSDAY: 3:30p.m.-Outdoor CROSS COUNTRY track and walk or run 2 miles.
FRIDAY: 3:30p.m.- Go to NITRO FITNESS and do my 30 min core workout, and then go home and do 30 more min. of free weights.
SATURDAY: 3:30p.m- Outdoor CROSS COUNTRY track and walk or run 2 miles.
SUNDAY: 3:30p.m.- REST or Sometimes do more walking or running

Boy I wish there was a GOLDS GYM near my area, I live in a little town called WEBB CITY, and all we have is a local family Y, and a little CORE gym called NITRO FITNESS, so that is where I go besides my own home.
