Chillin at work right now on a Rainy friday morning. Honestly I’m worn out, and on top of that i tweaked my Rotator Cuff. Im still able to do some movements but no pressing. Im so sick of cardio. I mix up my routines so often that I’m honestly just bored. Time off is a must but i cant bring myself to not do something. Being in such a funk is killing me. Between rent going up and needing to find another job things are getting stressful. Sometimes its just hard to stay positive. As a personal trainer Im the one always motivating other people. I could def use some motivation. Feeling used by people who say they are helping me when the things I do only benifit them. Im not talking about clients. Im talking about a specific person that likes to say he’s my mentor. As time goes on im relizing more and more that he is full of SHIT and himself. I know everything will work out in the end for me. Im just feeling down and disapointed. I guess thanks to whoever reads this and thanks for any postive feedback you would like share…

Today i started a little experiment! First i Hit cardio and a kettlebell workout at about 630am for an hour. Then Ate a green apple later on Broccli and leafy greens after that. Nothing on it just some pepper. Later at about 6pm i hit another 50min of cardio. Then another apple. HHAHA Ok we can all see where this is going. Im eating just those three things for the 2days or so then i will gradually start adding protein back into the diet. I will not be doing this too long but over the course of a week then i will cycle it again the following week. Each week i will take notes and of course record my data. I will post pix and Blog about the way im feeling. Overall im looking to Rip up but maintain functional strength and to gain Dynamic Flexabilty. I will still be training with traditional bodybuilding but i will focused more on training with kettlebell. Nutrition Is key in all this. The Workouts are the fun part. So just call me the mad scientist lol haha Peace Out….

Today is so nice outside! I trained some clients this morning then did a little bit of cardio! I will do a light full body workout later on this afternoon. I shaved my head today! Well i buzzed it! Its short though. My head can breath! Actually my reasoning for doing it is to get me back in the Zone! Not worrying about stupid bullshit just the Training. my goal is to be down to 171lbs by April 21st 2009 then ill wanna drop 3lbs a week after that and see how ripped i can get!
CRAZY MAN MODE!!! AHHHHHH LOL HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!

Sitting at work right now waiting for a client. My Chest is soo sore from two days ago! Hopefully my back will also be sore in a few hours from yesterday. I need to get my eating on point. I eat perfect then Binge at night! It sucks! I dont eat too back just some ice cream!! I know I have the potential to be Top Notch. These Food HangOvers have to stop! Maybe its something mental/emotional. I dont know.. anyway today is a new day wont let anything hold me back..

OK so i was at NYSC on Wall Street all day to begin my KettleBell Certificate Course! OMG KICKED MY ASS!!!! The Science behind it all is amazing as are the workouts that go along with it! I just got home from 747am and its now 913pm. Im sooo beat but i will blog more about it when im not so tired. All i have to say is if your looking for a Dynamic/Intense workout this is the way to go. Not only working out your Body but your mind as well. Good Night b/c i need to get up and do this all again tomorrow. I cant wait to share my experiences with people. If you have any Questions please feel Free to ask me!!

I thought what am i really here on earth to do?
As a society we tend to focus on our weakness. Ive learned to build my strengths up to over power my weakness. Sometimes our weaknesses are so irrelevant that you could just ignore them. Let your strengths Grow. In the end our Strengths will be the tools that get us ahead in life.
Focus on what your Good at and Use those tools to be the best at whatever role you play on this earth.

So today my ex girlfriend on and off for 5 years pops back up. For years she knocked my training and was just a miserable bitch. Always trying to motivate her, i lost a big part of myself. She has no understanding of being Fit or the love i have for it. For too long i questioned myself how could me being so positive bring someone i care so much about down. Months a time go by and always the same shit with her. I even slowed b/c i felt like i was doing something wrong. I didnt try to fix her or make her a health nut, i just tried to share my interests with her. I figured Fitness makes me happy so i thought i could help. ALways shooting it down and putting me down caused me to Shut Down for a long time.. Im here now saying that im back and better then ever. This demon comes back whenever i get back on track. This freight Train will not be derailed this time. Thank You to bodyspace and all the positive feedback i get from everyone in this GREAT Community….
