So its been a month… Ive lost 10lbs and 1.5 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips. I guess thats not bad. I haven’t gained or lost any inches around my muscles etc I suppose thats a good thing so it might mean I lost a bit of fat in those areas but gained muscle so there is no change. This next month I need to up the dedication because there were a few times there that I ate bad and didn’t do my cardio. Next month I’m hoping to lose another 1.5 inches off my waist and perhaps this time gain some size… we shall see.

Last night I went off my diet. It sucks I went out to the bar and drank too much. Then today I was all hung over. I feel bad but I guess instead of dwelling on it I need get back on the horse. Tomorrow is another day and I told myself drinking and partying isn’t worth it. I feel so much better when I eat clean and drink plenty of water. Its been 2 weeks..I was going to take a picture and measurements but I think I will wait for a month because I don’t want to get discouraged if changes on the scale and my measurements haven’t changed much.

Ive managed to get through the first week. My workouts were good as well as my cardio. I faltered a little on the diet because yesterday I went to the beach with the family for 8 hours and ran out of healthy food so I had to resort to bbq burgers. I guess that was my cheat day of sorts. Looking forward to next week.

I’ve done two days of weight training (legs, pecs and back) and I’m feeling nice and sore. I’m not crippled like I said I would be. That’s probably because I was doing running on the treadmill for 4 days before doing legs. Eating has been doing good. except on tuesday when I had a bbq and ate a bit too much. The food wasn’t too unhealthy it was just the quantity. Its arms today so I can’t wait to hit it hard.
BTW i think in a previous post I said I was doing arms…I was wrong it was back and pecs.

Started off doing my legs today. I figured I might as well start with the body part I like the least to train. Wasn’t too bad too. When I went to the gym they said that I hadn’t been there in 151 days…thats 5 months. Having a baby took me out of theĀ workout mindset especially with the late night feedings then my mom got cancer. Although I did join my brothers gym for a month that still means its been about 4 months since I’ve hit the gym. Tomorrow I’m guessing I’ll probably be crippled because I feel soar today so I figure if I’m soar the day of working out I’ll be hurting tomorrow. Eating has been really good and Ive still been doing my cardio. I figure it will just get easier as the weeks go by. Arms tomorrow, I can’t wait!

Alright, the second day of cutting. Woke up a bit later today because I stayed up late watching a movie but as soon as I woke up I hit the treadmill and did 30 minutes of cardio and it felt good. I then ate some oatmeal and egg whites and took my supplements. I then went grocery shopping because I was running low on quality foods but now that im stocked up I should be ok. Eating hasn’t been perfect… as in its been clean but I haven’t been eating enough I think.. I need to start incorporating protein shakes. Monday I begin my workout which im stoked about.

Today is the start of my cutting phase. I’m going to start with getting my body fat percentage down to the lowest I can possible and then start 2 weeks on 2 weeks off bulking. 2 weeks I will eat as many calories I can doesn’t matter what the foods are really. The goal is to gain weight. Then the 2 weeks after that I will eat super clean and incorporate cardio etc and hopefully this will burn the fat that I gained in my bulking phase.
I started the day off doing 30 minutes of cardio, I took a fat burning supplement, CLA, and a multivitamin. Then I ate a breakfast of oatmeal and eggwhites. Through out the day I will try to eat at least 6 times as clean as possible. I am also going to cycle my carbs.

Today I got back from a week long visit to Saskatchewan. I went there to say my last good byes to my mom who passed away from cancer on may 20th. On the way I wanted to eat clean but on the first night I got some major stomach cramping and lets just say it wasn’t pretty. So the rest of the week I ate bad but now that I’m home I will start eating healthy tomorrow. AS well as begin working out Monday. Thats all for today.
