					<description>yes when you lifted that leg your ab muscle was at work and strained it .....it will heal quicker that any other muscle ....you will bounce back....dont come back before its all the way healed...good luck</description>

					<description>Just get well, rest and recoup, don't push it.
The program will be there when you get better. Use the rest time to plan your restart, be careful that you fully recover before going back to full workouts. 
Hope you can do some light cardio? just to keep the weight drop going.
