So I saw the last few bits of the fight the other day and I must say I am EXTREMELY impressed with "The Dragon" Lyoto Machida. I must admit I was a little aggrivated with his fighting style in the early stages of his UFC carreer but he made me a believer that day. I think his era as champion will be a long era like Anderson Silva. Hopefully they’ll save him for Anderson Silva where the two can have a superfight. But to all my haters (including me) let this be a lesson that what you see is not always what you get….or something like that. Even tho I dont have ANY dreams to try out karate I still plan on soldifying my dreams and goals of fighting with the support of my beautiful wife and son. I would like to thank everyone out there who has supported me through comments though. That really helps out, I know Ive been down and people pick me up with there comments. Love everybody out there and hope you reach your goals. Im good right here at 155 and if I need to drop cus Im getting my ass beat then so be it, but I dont see that happening JUST YET. Thanks everyone

So, Ive been here in afghanistan for about a year now and I think its stafe to say that Ive met my goal. This is the best Ive EVER looked in my life. Hope I can stay this way. Im not looking like a 155 Muscle Shark Sean Sherk or nothing but hey, I look like me. Next Saturday Im hosting a grappler invitational here in afghanistan….time for all these "would be’s" to put up or shut up. Anyhow like I said, less than 21 days left in this stinkey country and I can get home to my beautiful wife and handsome son and enjoy their company. I would like to thank everyone on Bodyspace for your support and comments, they really do help out….and to all the haters out there, PLEASE keep hating on me, cus you drive me to do me more than anybody!!

Yesterday me and my good friend whom happens to be my bjj instructor while here in afghanistan were rolling (sparring) he caught me in a deep triangle choke and to my suprise I powered out of it only to hook him in a heel hook (I didnt win, but thats not the point) But anyhow, I see that my weight training is paying off because 6 months ago that wouldnt have happened with me being so small and weak. Yesterday only gave me motivation to continue on my path…..to all the little guys out there who arent seeing any results….keep on doing what your doing and I promise you will be where you want to be. I too was one of those people who would work out for 2 weeks without results and quit because of that. Dont give up….building muscle isnt a overnight thing, trust me, look at my progress pictures. But anyhow, BIG ups to everyone out there doing there thing, and big ups to all the little people…

You know….a lot you of you dudes on here are wack…Its all fine and dandy that you like to compliment these nice lookin women, but come on get a life. If your gonna compliment the women let it have something to do with the goals they’re trying to reach. Another words…..tattoos have shit to do with muscles or fitness. I just felt I’d put that out there cause it really annoys me. All the little "Hey Im feeling your tatoo…and you look really good!!!" NO GUY….she doesnt want you or think your hot or she wouldnt have married a stud….Im not putting any screen names out there, but hey we all know whats up. Im fine now LoL

Well when I came back of R&R leave I had lost so much weight (like 10 lbs) to be exact. I lost so much motivation to even think about going to the gym. But now Im back and have been going strong for two weeks now. Ive changed my diet to better suit consuming more protein and calories…i eat a apple and a banana everyday. Im also using some stuff called Hyperdrol X2 and Mass FX hoping that they will help me. Ive already seen improvement in my chest which is what i want the most, but my back is starting to look monstrous like I work that out more than anything else, and thats the thing I do the least, but hey, my body is funny…it does what it wants to do. I havent weighted myself though since i got back and about a month ago I was 144. So at the end of February I will weight myself and take a new picture to compare it to where I left of in November. I by the way BIGGGG shot out to my wife….(TheNewBri) she is lookin so sexy…you cant even tell she had a baby huh….abs look great hun!!!

Well the time has come for me to go on R&R and show my wife what Ive been working on for the last 4 months. Hopefully she’ll like what little progress Ive accomplished so far. Id have to say, I personally am impressed with the progress…..I mean if you look at my progress pictures and that picture of me ironing to me now…I think theres a bit of improvement going on there. Im already sexy in here eyes, but hopefully now she wont be able to keep her hands of me??? Who knows….? Im just gonna enjoy my 2 weeks back in the states…take her out to dinner, make sure she has one hell of a birthday while Im there!!! The goal is to make sure she doesnt remember it ; ) I think Im going to do a burnout for the next 5 days and try and get as much in as possible without hurting on killing myself. I want that last little definition I can get before seeing her. Then after I get off the plane I’ll do some push-ups in the middle of the airport so I can walk up to her like I have grapefruits under my arm pits LoL…

Well, I guess Im meant to be no bigger than 155….which isnt quite a bad thing but still I would like to have a little more mass considering the profession that I want to be a part of. It seems no matter what I do…how much I eat, drink, how many supplements I take…Im still stuck at 155. Ive been eating healthy 5 times a day and on top of that taking protein shakes 3 times a day??? What is the Deal here people??? The results of strength is where I want it to be but as far as looking like Im getting somewhere, Im not seeing it. Oh well…I gotta go….I have work to do over here in afghanistan
