I Was Gonna Try It To Lose Some Weight, And Get Gunk Out Of My System, Without Having To Do A Colon Cleanse. If You Have Any Suggestions On Carbs, And Finding Out What I Need To Sustain, That'd Be Awesome!! Its Just That My Weight Lifiting Isn't Consistant Enought, So I Go Days Without Exercise, And Yeah.. Any Tips Would Be Awesome Though!!</description>
