Time To Get Serious With The Diettttttt - Cave Man Time
I Decided I’m Gonna Try The Cave Man Diet. All I Eat Mostly Is Processed Foods, Too Many Unhealthy Carbs, And Drink Starbucks Like Its Water.
So I Heard About The ‘Cave Man Diet’ From A Friend, And Decided Im Going To Try It. I’m Hoping To Lose Some Weight, And Clean Out My System A Littlle. On Top Of That, I’m Going To Start Going To The Gym On A More Consistant Level, And Up My Time Rollin’ On The Mats Doing JiuJitsu. So Any Advice And Words Of Encouragement Would Be Awesome!!

Caveman Diet, what is it mostly red meats or something, why don’t you do some research and come up with a diet by yourself . Find out how many carbs you need to sustain what you need for how much energy your expending daily. Same with Calories, and then take your body weight and find your lean body mass thats how much protein you need unless your bulking

I Have A Hard Time With Processed Foods, And Carbs In The Form Of Bread, Even Whole Grains. I Was Gonna Try It To Lose Some Weight, And Get Gunk Out Of My System, Without Having To Do A Colon Cleanse. If You Have Any Suggestions On Carbs, And Finding Out What I Need To Sustain, That’d Be Awesome!! Its Just That My Weight Lifiting Isn’t Consistant Enought, So I Go Days Without Exercise, And Yeah.. Any Tips Would Be Awesome Though!!
