Good weekend
I had a good weekend workout wise. Friday morning I did my last P90X DVD. Saturday morning I ran 15 miles with a friend. Sunday Jess and I went for a bikeride. We were going to walk the trail but it looked like rain and within 15 minutes of being home it started downpouring! I did the Kenpo DVD today from P90X and loved it. I'm going to go for a walk or bike ride here soon by myself

I had to buy some new shorts this summer since some of mine from last summer are a little too tight for my liking. 
 I warned Jess it could get ugly in the dressing room. I grabbed 1's and 3's just so I didn't go crazy. I put the 3's on first and they fit but were a skosh big but nothing a belt couldn't fix. I thought I'd try the 1's and low and behold they slipped right on!!! So I got 2 new pairs of shorts yesterday in the same size that I wear instead of bigger!! I've gained some weight through the divorce ordeal because I've been doing a little too much self-medicating but I've cut back on that and it's slowly coming back off. I know I've slimmed down in the legs because my running shorts were tight in the legs last summer and now they are just perfect....just a little loose but not too baggy. Now that I've settled into my house I've been able to get back on track with my eating and working out. I'm finally feeling a little calmer and a little more at peace.   I have the girls every other week so those weeks get a little crazy with all the running but it will be ok!
Off to enjoy my day off from work!
