Dymatize Elite Ambition Challenge - Week 3
Unfortunately, I haven't been keeping up with my BodyBlog through this challenge, but all that's about to change!
Today was an excellent workout! I had the day off from work and I got a lot of rest, which was much needed after last week's training schedule. I also got to work out with my wife today! Nothing motivates me more than when my wife is proud of me. I've been working really hard to transform my body lately, and I can tell she's starting to notice!
On a frustrating note...I lost my iPod. I really thrive on music during my workouts, and a study by Dr. Jim Stopanni shows that music during exercise significantly increases strength. (Unfortunately, I haven't been keeping up with my BodyBlog through this challenge, but all that's about to change!
