Well looks like im facing a layoff / permeate layoff at work. But this just means i can do more reading on working out and getting big, been back in the home gym for a week now and feels great. Have to say i just hope i can keep the motivation going. Like boost said just up and do it. My fave from that guy is "pain is weakness leaving your body"

Been a bit. And i am not happy about it. But with the help of my good friend boost (by which i mean a swift kick in the ass) Im back at it. Well lets hope so at least have to eat weak for now tell i know what is the future of my job lies.

Well i have been subdued with injury to my knee’s back and foot. Along with getting sick and over exposed to fiberglass dust im and not doing so hot in my workout efforts.
so im out of the workout for a few weeks max i hope tell my body is back to 100%

Well its sunday and feeling like crap. but thats ok I just have to SHUT UP AND LIFT.. eating 300g carbs 300g protein is killing the wallet right now but me and my buddy are what we call doing the budget build lol. SO hope to getting big on low dollars. Hes kicking my ass right now but i feel that i will catch up i hope.
Side now just scored a squat rack for 200$ thanks to my friends awesome internet skillz so im stoked for that.

ya so today would be a good day for me but low and behold i forgot my freaking lunch at home so im at work starving not so good for the skinny kid!! that and im about 200 bucks short of a killer weight equpment deal im so pissed that i got a short paycheck Ahhhh
But o well good lifting day when i get home i guess.

Well looks like i will have to easy up on my chest and shoulder training tell i get my right shoulder dialed in seems to be alot of issues when i lift with my shoulder taking alot of the stress when it shouldn’t be. So time to go back to basics and get all the supporting muscles in shape and see what happens.

Well must moved in to a new place for the time tell school gets under way next year so ill be getting back on track with working out and hope to get back in the swing.
