In an effort to jump-start my workouts- next week I’m starting with an on-line trainer for three months. I have big hopes. new, ripped body here i come!
Well- after a couple of very non-productive months, I’m going to start up again. I had a nagging elbow injury (still sort of there) and a lot of travel and obligations. I am really eager to start transforming my body from thin, somewhat muscular and lean to muscular, lean, vascular and defined. I want to be bigger- not huge- but BIGGER!
