I sooooooooooo didn’t wana workout today but i pushed myself to get down there and do it. But as soon as i jumped on the Precor for my warmup i started to feel better then once i was finished lifting i jumped back onto cardio and worked hard for 30 minutes………Sweat my ASS OFF and now i feel like a million dollars!!!!!!!!!!
Hope everyone has as good a workout today as i ended up having CHEERS!!!!!!!!!

I just finished my first workout for this new week of Nov. 20th and I feel incredible and so strong !!!! I absolutely love my workout which consists of a 10 minute run to warm-up and then my upper workout - chest,back,shoulders,bi’s & tri’s (all 3×30reps one exercise for each muscle group) then 20-30minutes of cardio either bike, x-trainer or intervals on the tredmill, today was 20 on the x-trainer and then i finished with ABS!!!! (abs are done 4 days a week),,,,,,I am getting such a rush from the workout and feeling my muscles working and seeing the changes in my body is making me want to work even harder…..

I do enjoy my cheat days on sundays, mainly becasue sundays are a lazy day that i can stay home and watch football and have a good time, although i must admit i do go to the gym every so often on sunday. I have been finding a problem when i consume any other food besides healthy food…………………..MY body gets SICK !!!! I dont know what happens but my stomach feels all weird and almost like an acid inbalance occurs and i get sick. I guess it could be looked at as a good thing and my body is telling me to smarten up and stick to only the good foods from now on…..and hey how can i complain when i am starting to notice such a huge difference in my body already. More pics to come soon !!!!!!
Anyways hope everyone had a good weekend !!!!!
Also just a quick update on the Liquid Amp’d…………….IT ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

I was lazy this weekend boooooo….But monday i was on track and back in the gym. Today i am going to work upper tomorrow lower and start back on track again with my program on thursday. Monday i felt disgusting so i pushed for a 1hour cardio session with mostly intervals. I feel much better now!!! My upper day goes as follows today:
Chest Press 3×30reps @ 20lbs
Lat Pulldown 3×30reps @ 50lbs
Lateral Shoulders Raise 3×30reps @ 5lbs
Bicep Curl Machine 3×30reps @ 25lbs
Tricep Pulldown 3×30reps @ 25lbs
30 minutes of cardio = 10 minute warmup and 20 minutes of 5 minute intervals
ABS!!!!!!
30 reps is hard but i find it to be very good for me in lengthening my muscles and making me stronger. I love my program right now!!!! Now if i could only lose my lil tummy

Okay so yesterday was another leg day and I am feeling alil soreness in my hamstrings. I am actually getting some ultrasound on my legs today to relieve some stress on them. My legs are another favorite part on my body…I had a guy yesterday tell me he would trade me his hams for my quads if it was possible, nice compliment i thought. I am trying to get use to this 3×30 reps but it is soooooo hard…on the other hand it feels absolutly AMAZING when i am done…… I do enjoy the pain and i like when i get to increase the weight a lil bit and get that extra burn. Today is just cardio so i think i will run my intervals (20minutes or 5minute intervals) and then do the stairs. My stair workout consists of a 1.5 foot step up and i go hard for 2 minutes and i do it 3 times. It kicks my ass but also gives me an incredible amount of energy.

Okay at work and got bored so i thought i would let everyone in on a typical day on my diet. Gimmy some feed back and let me know what you think. Hope everyone had as good a weekend as me!!!!
MEAL PLAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Meal #1 … Egg Whites on 1 piece of Whole Wheat Bread
Cantaloupe Slices
1 glass skim milk
Meal #2 … 1 Apple & 15-20 Almonds
WORKOUT!!!!!!! ( 1-2 hours at the gym)
Meal #3 … ½ Can Tuna
Yogurt (fat free)
Small Mixed Greens (w/thousand island light)
Orange
Celery or Peppers
Meal #4 … Some type of fruits & Veggies or Protein Bar
Meal #5 … Baked Cod w/ Saut©ed Veggies
Small salad
1 glass of Skim milk
Meal #6 … Whole Wheat Crackers with light cheese (only every so often), Or some fruit

Well well good afternoon. I just wen tfor a workout and had some lunch. Today was leg day and 3 sets of 30 reps is killing me but making me sooooo much stronger I can already feel the difference in my quads. On my leg day i work all of my lower body plus i incorporate abs and 30 minutes of cardio. I absolutely look forward to days that i get to lift weights but on the other side of it sometimes i HATE doing cardio but i guess its the only way i will be able to lose the weight that i want to reach my goal. Hope everyone is having an awesome day and have an even better weekend….My favorite drink…- Vodka + H2O + Lime = Trish on the floor hahahaaha

So i am at work right now and really really dont wanna be if i had a choice i would be a the gym but i am doing a workshop….I can’t wait until this is over so i can go to the gym and workout. I might be back later to update how freakin BORED i am but lemme know how everyone is doing today.
