Tricep Rope pulldown - 25lbs 3&#215;30 reps
Abs &#38; Stretching
MY nutrition has improved tremendously and i feel a great deal better about my progress it sure is [...]]]></description>

I am not complaining becasue i love what i do, but i am just getting over a serious cold that had me outta commission for 2 weeks, PLUS - I just got a new job as an Aircraft Refueler, it is very physical which is the kinda job i need. I am not complaining becasue i love what i do, but i am just getting over a serious cold that had me outta commission for 2 weeks, PLUS - I just got a new job as an Aircraft Refueler, it is very physical which is the kinda job i need. Something that keeps me busy and not something that is repetitive.  My shift right now is 6am-2pm and it sure is nice to get off work early, i just head to the gym and sweat out my day.  FEELS GREAT!!!</p>
<p>Anyways back to my training :</p>
<p>Today was leg day and it felt GREAT :</p>
<p>Cardio - 20 minutes running hill intervals to start off with</p>
<p><em>Then pushing it with my legs</em></p>
<p>Leg Extension - 100lbs 3&#215;30reps</p>
<p>Squats on the YOGA ball - 3&#215;30reps (HARD AS HELL)</p>
<p>Seated Leg Curl - 70lbs - 3&#215;30reps</p>
<p>Standing Calf Raise - 50lbs 3&#215;30reps</p>
<p>Abs - in a row 30crunches, 30 legs up, 30 leg lifts, 30 obliques (ouch!! ha ha)</p>
<p>This workout made me sweat today, as for my nutrition, it is getting better it is hard to stay on track but i am just looking forward to the end result which i know will all be worth while. Things i need to improve on : STRETCHING - i am the worst for not stretching and i know i should but somedays i just wana get home and get in the shower!!</p>

<p>As for my training it is off to a awesome start i have been back working on my cardio to lose the lil bit of chubbiness that i have, my cardio is 6 days a week and consists of 20 minute intervals on Monday, Tuesday, Thurdsday &amp; Fridays whereas Wednesday and Saturdays are strictly 1 hour of intense cardio.  My weights and reps have stayed the same due to the break i took in December.  I am really not feeling well today but hoping that a good workout will push all the fluish crap outta my system.  Hope everyone is working hard in the new year!!!
