Tough Weekend!!
Tuesday, November 14th, 2006I was lazy this weekend boooooo….But monday i was on track and back in the gym. Today i am going to work upper tomorrow lower and start back on track again with my program on thursday. Monday i felt disgusting so i pushed for a 1hour cardio session with mostly intervals. I feel much better now!!! My upper day goes as follows today:
Chest Press 3×30reps @ 20lbs
Lat Pulldown 3×30reps @ 50lbs
Lateral Shoulders Raise 3×30reps @ 5lbs
Bicep Curl Machine 3×30reps @ 25lbs
Tricep Pulldown 3×30reps @ 25lbs
30 minutes of cardio = 10 minute warmup and 20 minutes of 5 minute intervals
ABS!!!!!!
30 reps is hard but i find it to be very good for me in lengthening my muscles and making me stronger. I love my program right now!!!! Now if i could only lose my lil tummy
