Today friday jan. 26th already!!!!!
Yesterday i worked my upper body
Incline chest press - 20lbs 3×30reps
Lat Pulldown - 50lbs 3×30reps
Lateral Shoulder Raise - 7.5lbs 3×30reps
Machine double bi curl - 25lbs 3×30reps
Tricep Rope pulldown - 25lbs 3×30 reps
Abs & Stretching
MY nutrition has improved tremendously and i feel a great deal better about my progress it sure is hard though to get back on track and stay there!!!! I am working on it though and to all my supporters and motivators THANKS!!!! You ROCK!!

Great work!! keep it up!!! You have more dedication and heart than most guys I’ve worked out with. You’ve got a lot of heart and that is very inspiring to us all!! My favorite Boxer (Arturo Gatti) has a motto " it’s not thunder you hear, it’s heart !!!
