Upper DAY…..my FAV!!!
The following is a great way to start my day !!!!
20 minutes of Cardio - intervals on the tredmill
UPPER-
Incline chest press - 20lbs 3×30reps
Lat pulldown - 50lbs 3×30reps
Lateral shoulder raise - 5lbs 3×30reps
Machine Bi Curl - 40lbs 3×30reps
Tricep Rope Pulldown - 40 3×30reps
ABS and stretching
Today was a lil harder becasue i was so tired but i pushed through and in the end felt like a million bucks, it’s amazing how a good workout can change your mood !!! Well everyone have a fantastic start to the week!!!
