I am soooo tired!!!
I am exausted !!! I am not complaining becasue i love what i do, but i am just getting over a serious cold that had me outta commission for 2 weeks, PLUS - I just got a new job as an Aircraft Refueler, it is very physical which is the kinda job i need. Something that keeps me busy and not something that is repetitive. My shift right now is 6am-2pm and it sure is nice to get off work early, i just head to the gym and sweat out my day. FEELS GREAT!!!
Anyways back to my training :
Today was leg day and it felt GREAT :
Cardio - 20 minutes running hill intervals to start off with
Then pushing it with my legs
Leg Extension - 100lbs 3×30reps
Squats on the YOGA ball - 3×30reps (HARD AS HELL)
Seated Leg Curl - 70lbs - 3×30reps
Standing Calf Raise - 50lbs 3×30reps
Abs - in a row 30crunches, 30 legs up, 30 leg lifts, 30 obliques (ouch!! ha ha)
This workout made me sweat today, as for my nutrition, it is getting better it is hard to stay on track but i am just looking forward to the end result which i know will all be worth while. Things i need to improve on : STRETCHING - i am the worst for not stretching and i know i should but somedays i just wana get home and get in the shower!!
