I know, I know i havent posted in a while!!!
It has been hard for me to post blogs because of the big move but hopefully my computer is set up soon and i am able to start writing more blogs.
As for my training it is off to a awesome start i have been back working on my cardio to lose the lil bit of chubbiness that i have, my cardio is 6 days a week and consists of 20 minute intervals on Monday, Tuesday, Thurdsday & Fridays whereas Wednesday and Saturdays are strictly 1 hour of intense cardio. My weights and reps have stayed the same due to the break i took in December. I am really not feeling well today but hoping that a good workout will push all the fluish crap outta my system.
