Im such a slacker when it comes to writing BLOGS!!!

Today friday jan. 26th already!!!!!

Yesterday i worked my upper body

Incline chest press - 20lbs 3×30reps

Lat Pulldown - 50lbs 3×30reps

Lateral Shoulder Raise - 7.5lbs 3×30reps

Machine double bi curl - 25lbs 3×30reps

Tricep Rope pulldown - 25lbs 3×30 reps

Abs & Stretching

MY nutrition has improved tremendously and i feel a great deal better about my progress it sure is hard though to get back on track and stay there!!!! I am working on it though and to all my supporters and motivators THANKS!!!! You ROCK!!

My legs are sore…….

Yesterday = Leg day = A FEEL GOOD KINDA SORE!!

TO start - 20 minute cardio on the tredmill doing hill intervals at 5.0

Leg Extension - 90lbs 3×30reps

Leg Curls - 30lbs 3×30reps

Seated Calf Raise - 45lbs 3×30reps

Abs and LOTSA STRETCHING!!!!!

Today is Cardio day and for 1 hour i will putting myself through HIIT and loving every minute of it.  WORK HARD- PLAY HARDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 To everyone out there thinking about quitting, just remember:

You dont always have to suceed: but you should at least give it a try.

Upper DAY…..my FAV!!!

The following is a great way to start my day !!!! 

20 minutes of Cardio - intervals on the tredmill

UPPER-

Incline chest press - 20lbs 3×30reps

Lat pulldown - 50lbs 3×30reps

Lateral shoulder raise - 5lbs 3×30reps

Machine Bi Curl - 40lbs 3×30reps

Tricep Rope Pulldown - 40 3×30reps

ABS and stretching

Today was a lil harder becasue i was so tired but i pushed through and in the end felt like a million bucks, it’s amazing how a good workout can change your mood !!! Well everyone have a fantastic start to the week!!!

I am soooo tired!!!

I am exausted !!! I am not complaining becasue i love what i do, but i am just getting over a serious cold that had me outta commission for 2 weeks, PLUS - I just got a new job as an Aircraft Refueler, it is very physical which is the kinda job i need. Something that keeps me busy and not something that is repetitive.  My shift right now is 6am-2pm and it sure is nice to get off work early, i just head to the gym and sweat out my day.  FEELS GREAT!!!

Anyways back to my training :

Today was leg day and it felt GREAT :

Cardio - 20 minutes running hill intervals to start off with

Then pushing it with my legs

Leg Extension - 100lbs 3×30reps

Squats on the YOGA ball - 3×30reps (HARD AS HELL)

Seated Leg Curl - 70lbs - 3×30reps

Standing Calf Raise - 50lbs 3×30reps

Abs - in a row 30crunches, 30 legs up, 30 leg lifts, 30 obliques (ouch!! ha ha)

This workout made me sweat today, as for my nutrition, it is getting better it is hard to stay on track but i am just looking forward to the end result which i know will all be worth while. Things i need to improve on : STRETCHING - i am the worst for not stretching and i know i should but somedays i just wana get home and get in the shower!!

I know, I know i havent posted in a while!!!

It has been hard for me to post blogs because of the big move but hopefully my computer is set up soon and i am able to start writing more blogs. 

As for my training it is off to a awesome start i have been back working on my cardio to lose the lil bit of chubbiness that i have, my cardio is 6 days a week and consists of 20 minute intervals on Monday, Tuesday, Thurdsday & Fridays whereas Wednesday and Saturdays are strictly 1 hour of intense cardio.  My weights and reps have stayed the same due to the break i took in December.  I am really not feeling well today but hoping that a good workout will push all the fluish crap outta my system.  Hope everyone is working hard in the new year!!! Cheers
