UPPER DAYS ROCK!!!
I just finished my first workout for this new week of Nov. 20th and I feel incredible and so strong !!!! I absolutely love my workout which consists of a 10 minute run to warm-up and then my upper workout - chest,back,shoulders,bi’s & tri’s (all 3×30reps one exercise for each muscle group) then 20-30minutes of cardio either bike, x-trainer or intervals on the tredmill, today was 20 on the x-trainer and then i finished with ABS!!!! (abs are done 4 days a week),,,,,,I am getting such a rush from the workout and feeling my muscles working and seeing the changes in my body is making me want to work even harder…..
