Week 6- “Fueled”
Today was the beginning of week-6, and I worked on chest and shoulders. Since I started back at the gym, I’ve gained 5 pounds (in 5 weeks). That’s not bad, but it’s definately NOT As much as I want to be gaining. Mainly because i dont have the luxury to eat all the foods I want, and buy protein and supplements right now. So my gains have to suffer for now. Slowly but surely I will get to my goals. I am going-hard in the gym and bringing my rage with me to fuel my workouts. I ate pretty good foods all day to see if it would help my strength, and it did. I was able to lift more weight in every exercise I did today. So I’m feeling good about that. Plus I’m starting to SEE a little difference in my upper body now. Mostly in the chest and shoulders, some in the arms too.
