Week 6- “Fueled”

12007vAmerica/Boise11bAmerica/BoiseMon, 26 Nov 2007 19:47:45 -0700 15, 2007

Today was the beginning of week-6, and I worked on chest and shoulders. Since I started back at the gym, I’ve gained 5 pounds (in 5 weeks). That’s not bad, but it’s definately NOT As much as I want to be gaining. Mainly because i dont have the luxury to eat all the foods I want, and buy protein and supplements right now. So my gains have to suffer for now. Slowly but surely I will get to my goals. I am going-hard in the gym and bringing my rage with me to fuel my workouts. I ate pretty good foods all day to see if it would help my strength, and it did. I was able to lift more weight in every exercise I did today. So I’m feeling good about that. Plus I’m starting to SEE a little difference in my upper body now. Mostly in the chest and shoulders, some in the arms too.

Ambitionz Of A Beast

42007vAmerica/Boise11bAmerica/BoiseThu, 15 Nov 2007 09:59:40 -0700 15, 2007

Tripp Doogan:

In my life, I’ve been faced with many hard times, obsticles, tragedies, and set-backs. One after another, they keep coming, and I keep facing them head-on and dealing with the pain and drama that comes along with them. I’ve decided to take control over the one thing that I have control over…. MY BODY. I was watching the movie "The Hurricane" starring Denzel Washington, and during the part where he was being falsely imprisoned, he said he decided to turn his body into a killing machine that would destroy anything that tried to hold him down. Although it was just a movie, I felt what he was saying, and it influenced my mindstate to the point where I decided to do the same thing. Which leads right into my motivation. I stay motivated by thinking about all the problems and drama in my life, and everything that tries to bring me down and destroy me. It keeps me fired-up and ready to take each workout to the next step.

So, welcome into the journey of one man’s transition from a normal, slim man… into a tall, solid, cut-up, super-powered machine.
