I might get hired on at a local gym and I’m kinda excited about the new clientel but not so excited about paying out 30%… I need a gym to work with though
Wow… i didn’t realize I’d been gone so long… Well i am happy to report I have maintained… life’s hit me pretty hard lately but I am now back in the gym… I have been doing a lot and staying extra busy so I haven’t really needed to go to the gym… Getting ready to move… Going back to school… Working extra hours at work… I’ve been really stressed out too… I am back at it though and this time for good… I missed the gym so much I cried… Really… LOL… More the fact that i lost some definition that i worked so hard for… I have maintained my weight and diet and done A LOT of walking… not the same as hitting the gym 5 days a week though… That will all change though… Well i just wanted to give an update and see how everyone was doing… much love
I am so thrilled… I went down a pant size… Probably because I’m too distracted to snack…. Can’t tell you what thats done for my motivation… size 6 here I come
I am losing motivation so fast… I am keeping up with diet and training but I am really bourntout on it all… I hate setting down for an hour and writing out a meal plan and everymonth writing out a new work out… LOL… I LOVE doing it for other people but I can’t find the motivation to do it for myself anymore… LAME… Anyways… I’m done being a baby… Night
Ok Feel free to laugh… I am a die hard fan of Laurell K Hamilton… Her new book in her Anita Blake Series Came out and I’ve been reading that instead of posting on here… My diet and training are going well… I’ve been really bad about timing my meals… I’m telling you I can so get lost in a book… I don’t know why… But I Can…
Ok so I’ve just been going crazy the past week… My hubby is on vaca and he’s been home… I love to spend time with him and when he’s home and can’t make myself go to the gym…. I don’t know why but i’m just not motivated at all when he is home… Here’s the deal… He works 4am-4pm… I work 4pm-9pm and i’m usually at the gym by 1… See the delima… When he’s home I just want to stay home and see him… I don’t know that that should veer my training schedule but I love being close to him… Obviously… I married him… Ohh and it’s a mon-Fri thing.. I only ever get to see him Sat and Sun… I tell him sundays don’t count because I don’t get to spend time with just him… But my diet is back on track for the most part… I have a truffle he bought me:)
