Wow the recipies in the book are fantastic… Here’s my meal plan for the day
B- 1/2 oatmeal, 4 egg whites 1/2 cup blueberries
MidMorn- apple, 1tbs natural pb
L- Tuna salad, 1 can tuna, 1.5 cups spinach, 2 radishes, handful grated carrot (1/4 cup) bals. vin.
MD- Protien shake, 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbs flaxseed, banana 1 cup soy milk
D- Chicken and Asparagus (Recipie from Tosca Reno) Risotto(recipie on www.eatingcleanmag.com) 1/2 cup
Eve- apple

So tonight I am picking up Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Cookbook… I’ve heard a "clean" diet has helped many people shed unwanted lbs and has produced a more health conscious mindset in the people who follow this diet… Wish me luck… Oh BTW the low-carb thing just wasn’t working for me… I NEED fruit in my diet!!!

Wow… i didn’t realize I’d been gone so long… Well i am happy to report I have maintained… life’s hit me pretty hard lately but I am now back in the gym… I have been doing a lot and staying extra busy so I haven’t really needed to go to the gym… Getting ready to move… Going back to school… Working extra hours at work… I’ve been really stressed out too… I am back at it though and this time for good… I missed the gym so much I cried… Really… LOL… More the fact that i lost some definition that i worked so hard for… I have maintained my weight and diet and done A LOT of walking… not the same as hitting the gym 5 days a week though… That will all change though… Well i just wanted to give an update and see how everyone was doing… much love
